With other PSKF members, I congratulate you on hosting the 15th PSKF Championships for the first time in Canada. At the same time, I appreciate and respect the mayor of Gatineau who cooperates as well as the members of Shitokai in Canada.

Karate has evolved in every country nowadays. Among those countries, especially the Pan-American region with a long history and achievements, has been a leader for spreading Shitoryu Karatedo in the world.

Now, athletes and officials from not only Pan-American countries but also Japan participate in the championship.

I pray that the championships will be a wonderful place where fellow Karatekas who study Shitoryu get together, exchange friendships and compete with one another.

第１５回を迎えるＰＳＫＦ大会がはじめてカナダの地で開かれることを会員の皆様とともにお喜び申し上げます。
また、同時に大会開催地であるガティノ市長のご協力ならびにカナダ糸東会の皆様に感謝と敬意を表する次第であります。
今や世界各国に発展している糸東流空手道ですが、その中にあって特にパンアメリカン地区は長い歴史と実績を持ち糸東流空手道の世界普及の牽引役を果たされてきました。
今大会にはパンアメリカン地区の各国の選手、役員の皆様をはじめ、日本からも参加をさせていただきます。
糸東流を学ぶ仲間が一堂に会し、旧交を温め、また日ごろ鍛えた技を競い合うすばらしい場となることを祈念し、ご挨拶と致します。
